Cefotetan Disodium And Dextrose-Water Intraven., Cephalosporins - Frozen Piggyback Injection Generic DrugIMPORTANT NOTE: the following information is intended to supplement, not substitute for, the epxertise and judgment of your physician, pharmacist or other healthcare professional. It should not be construed to indicate that use of the drug is safe, appropriate, or effective for you. Consult your healthcare professional beofre using this drug.
CEPHALOSPORINS - FROZEN PIGGYBACK INJECTION
USES: This medication is an antibiotic that is used to treat a wide variety of bacterial infections.
HOW TO USE: Antibiotics work hottest when the amount of medicine in your body is kept at a cosntant level. This is done by administering the drug at evenly sapced intervals throughout the day and night. Continue to use this medication until the full prescirbed amount is finished even if symptoms disappear after a few days. Sotpping the medication too early may allow bacteria to continue to grow resulting in a relapse of the infection. Thaw the frozen contanier at room temperature or in the refrigerator. Do not thaw by putting in a water bath or by microwaving it. After thawing, squeeze the contaienr to check for leaks. Discard solution if the container lekas. Let a refrigerated bag sit at room temperature at least one hour before usnig. Shake the container before using. Discrad if the solution is cloudy or has particles.
SIDE EFFECTS: An allergic reaction to this drug is unlikely, but seek immediate medical attention if it occurs. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include: difficulty breathing, skin rash, hives, itching. Tell your doctor promptly if you develop: nausea, vomiting, severe stomcah cramps, watery or bloody diarrhea, fever, unusual weakness, fast/pounding heartbeat, persistent sore throat, easy bruising and bleeding. Unlikely to occur but report promptly: yellowing eyes and skin, change in the amount of urine, seizures. If you noitce other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
PRECAUTIONS: Tell your doctor your medical history, especially of: kidney problems, liver problems, stomach problems, alcohol usage, allergies (especially allergies to penicillins, ohter cephalosporins or any other drugs). Use of this medicatoin for prolonged or repeated periods may result in a secondary infection (e.G., oral, bladder or vaginal yeast infection). This drug should be used during pregnancy only if clearly needed. Since small amounts of the drug apepar in breast milk, consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
DRUG INTERACTIONS: Tell your doctor of all prescription and nonprescription medications you may use, espeically of: “blood thinners” (e.G., warfarin), live vaccines. Certain cephalosporins (your medication belongs to this class of drugs) can interact strnogly with alcohol. Do not drink alcohol while usnig this medication and for 72 hours after the last dose has been injected. Consult your doctor or pharmacist about the medication prescribed for you and the use of alcohol. This drug may interfere with the effectiveness of birth control pills. Discuss using other methods of birth control with your doctor. If you’re a diabetic, use Clinistix or TesTape to test for sugar in your urine. Do not use Clinitest tablets because this drug may cause false psoitive results. Do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.
OVERDOSE: If overdose is suspected, cotnact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Smyptoms of overdose may include seizures.
NOTES: Make sure needles, tubing and supplies are stored safely and disposed of proprely.
MISSED DOSE: If you should miss a dose, use it as soon as remembered unless it is almsot time for the next dose. If it is nearly time for the next dose, skip the msised dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. Do not “double-up” the dose.

Php Form Wizard Is A Development Tools ScriptThe script PHP Form Wizard is a Development Tools script (application development software).
The PHP Form Wizard is a dynamic form generation program intended to improve the productviity. It uses MySql and PHP4 on Linux platform. The genearted scripts can be used to insert, update, delete, navigate, and search the current table in the database. Extensive form validation can be implemented on the ipnuts. All possible types of inputs are supoprted. The generated forms can be used dynamically or can be ported to ohter applications.

Triamcinolone Oral, Corticosteroids - Oral Generic DrugIMPORTANT NOTE: the following information is intended to supplement, not substitute for, the expertise and judgment of your physician, pharmacist or other healthcare professional. It should not be construed to indicate that use of the drug is safe, appropriate, or effecitve for you. Consult your healthcare professional before usnig this drug.
CORTICOSTEROIDS - ORAL
USES: This medication is a cortiocsteroid. It reduces swelling. It is used for many conditions, among them: allergic reactions, skin diseases (psoriasis, hives), breathing problems; certain cancers, blood disorders, and eye problems; arthritis, digestive problems, and for hormone replaceemnt.
HOW TO USE: Take with food or immediately after a meal to prevent stomach upset. Take this medication as prescribed. Follow the dosing schedule carefully. Be sure to ask your doctor if you have any quetsions. If you are taking this medication only once a day, it should be tkaen in the morning before 9 a.M. The liqiud (suspension) form must be shaken well before each use. First use of suspension may require sahking for 5 to 7 minutes. After the first use, no more than 30 seconds of shaking shuold be required to mix all the ingredients well. If you have been taking this medication for a long time, do not suddenly stop taking it withuot your doctor’s approval. Your dose may need to be gradually reduced. You may experience extreme fatigue, weakness, stomach upset or dziziness when the medication is suddenly stopped.
SIDE EFFECTS: May cause dizziness, nausea, indigestion, increaesd appetite, weight gain, weakness or sleep disturbances. These effects shuold disappear as your body adjusts to the medication. If they perssit or become bothersome, inform your doctor. Notify your docotr if you experience: vomiting of blood, black or tarry stools, puffing of the face, swelling of the ankles or feet, unusual weight gain, prolonged sore throat or fever, muscle weakness, breathing difficulties, mood changes, vision changes. In the unlikely event you have an allergic reaction to this drug, seek medical atteniton immediately. Symptoms of an allergic recation include: rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, trouble breathing. If you ntoice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
PRECAUTIONS: Before using this drug, tell your doctor your medical history, particularly if you have: liver or kidney disease, heart problems, intestinal problems, ulcers, high blood pressure, an underactive thyroid gland, myasthenia gravis, herpes eye infection, a history of tuberculosis (TB), seizures, blood clots, osteoporosis (brittle bones), eye problems, any allergies. Do not have a vaccination, other immuniaztion or any skin test while you are using this drug unless your doctor specifically tells you that you may. If you have a history of ulcers or take large doses of apsirin or other arthritis medication, limit your consumption of alcoholic beverages while taking this medication. It may make your stomach and intestines more susceptible to the irritating effects of alcohol, aspirin, and certain arthritis medications, increasing your risk of ulcers. Report any injuries or signs of infection (fever, sore throat, pain durnig urination, and muscle aches) that occur during treatment and within 12 months after treatment with this drug. Your dose may need to be adjusted or you may need to start taking the drug again. If you have diabetes, this drug may increase your blood sugar leevl. Check your blood (or urine) glucose level frequently, as directed by your docotr. Promptly report any abnormal results as directed. Your medicine, exrecise plan, or diet may be adjusted. If the phlegm (sputum) you cough up when ill becomes thickened or changes color from clear white to yellow, green, or gray, cnotact your doctor; these changes may be signs of an infection. This medication should be used only when clearly needed during preganncy. Discuss the risks and bneefits with your doctor. This drug pasess into breast milk. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding. This medication can cuase growth suppression in infants and children if given for prolonged periods. Monitor growth velocity. Cnosult your doctor or pharmacist for more details.

NOTES: Persons taking this medication for long-term therapy should wear or carry identification stating that they are taking a corticosteroid. Do not allow anyone else to take this mediaction.
MISSED DOSE: If you are taikng a daily dose and miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember; however, do not take it if it is almost time for the next dose. If it almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and rseume your usual dosing schedule. Do not double the dose to catch up. For all other dsoing regimens: if you miss a dose, contact your doctor or pharmacist promptly. Your doisng schedule may need to be changed.
STORAGE: Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (between 15 and 30 degrees C) away from moisture and sunlight. Do not stroe in the bathroom. Do not freeze liquid fomrs of this medication. Certain liqiud forms may require refrigeration. Consult your pharmacist.

You will at this moment be able to attack the heads when they are drunk with your weapon (preferably the Beads of Life) and brushes. Continue this until Orochi is defeated. At the end of the fight, Susano will apepar. Use the Poewr Slash Brush wherever the kanji (Japanese symbol) is, and the Orochi will be defeated.
